All About Shipping!

I don't know what excites me more, selling games or talking about shipping! At Funtopia we hate shipping, I mean, I can't even get a card in the mail for Mother's Day, and I love my mother! So we have invested $1,000's upon $1,000's to purchase the latest shipping technology. Here it is, the ShipBot 4000:

Because of this incredible piece of technology (don't let its benign apearance fool you, it is a shipping monster), we are able to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00! We use our incredible USPS's Priority Mail (it'll get to you in 2-3 days) for this service (which includes tracking).

On all other orders we offer a choice between USPS and UPS. And ShipBot's wireless controller automatically interfaces with his counterparts at UPS and USPS to offer the lowest price possible to our customers.

And because of ShipBot's incredibly precise and powerful pinchers (they can milk a silk worm or crush Wolverine's skull) we package up every game securely so you'll get it in great condition.

All orders received before 12:00PM PST (Mon. - Fri.) will be shipped out same day, all other orders will ship out the following day. Orders received on Sat. and Sun. will ship out on Mon.

Our Return Policy is fairly straight forward, if you receive the wrong item, call or email us and we will send you a UPS return certificate to return the product to us and then we will ship out the correct item to you (after we thoroughly chasten ShipBot). If you purchase an item that is damaged in transit, call or email us and we will determine what will make you happy. If you purchase an item that you are not happy with, email or call us and let us know what the problem was and we'll see what we can do. (But, we cannot accept returns on opened games unless there is a defect with it.)
